What to Expect

• Health Questions: Review of past injuries, surgeries, chronic illnesses, and current medications.

Physical Examination

• Height & Weight: Measurement to assess growth and fitness.
• Vital Signs: Blood pressure and pulse check.
• General Assessment: height & weight, vital signs and general assessment.

Discussion of Participation

• Injury Prevention: Guidance on warm-ups, proper equipment, and hydration.
• Recommendations: Advice on training practices, nutrition, recovery strategies, and overall athletic health.

4.

Completion of Forms

• Clearance Forms: Required documents for schools or sports organizations will be completed if cleared to participate.
